Phantom. Friday, April 20, 2007 Pluggin' into: Let Love In by Goo Goo Dolls. [Thanks dong!] Omg. I am so behind schedule. Yesterday, I went with Alex and Vincent to watch Phantom of the Opera. We met Pam for a while before we went in - she was sitting with her family. It was rather good :) I like the humour bits injected here and there.. just the right sprinkle. The Phantom was fantastic. His singing is like.. WHOA!!! :D Brian Little.. rocks the world. Christine was pretty good too, but wasn't as powerful as I expected. Raoul is just super good-looking. What I love best was the set.. it was awesome. In the river scene, they actually went to the extent of arranging lights on the floor, emitting the impression of reflection of water. Totally whoa. All in all, the whole show makes me wanna work harder at singing. Soon :P Today, I got up early to accompany Mum out. We went to settle the tour arrangements, then headed to John Little for shopping. I bought 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of slippers.. what accomplishments. For some weird reason, my shopping seems to be pretty good during this vital, intense and stressful period of time, HAHA :P After which, Mum and I went to Big O for lunch. Then we went to fetch the little punk. Mum then dropped me off at Serangoon MRT. I met Serene and TK at Chinatown MRT. We were getting our friend's 21st bday present. All in all, I thought we were quite efficient, lol! We ate a lot la.. had pocky, $1 ice cream [they have macadamia now! :) though it looked a bit berry-like, rofl..], kinder bueno.. Feel so guilty now. By e way, I created a song for Serene, since it's her birthday tomorrow.. 2 Decades! :D She's supposed to be the one singing, lol. "Happy Birthday to me I'm in Killiney With my toast and my teh-si Happy Birthday to me!" Muhwahahahahahahaaaa :P After we all left, I went to buy Ben&Jerry's Cookie dough ice cream for folks at home. Piece of heaven.. Man, I'm turning into the choc maniac. By e way, get Koko Crunch, the Venom figure. It is SUPER CUTE :) Now, I'm surfing the net for "what final fantasy 7 character are you most like?" kinda quizzes.. so bo liao. Heck.. ff7 ROCKS :D Home feels so good. Gotta hit the books again.
